Hi Resident We are appealing for witnesses following a dangerous dog and theft incident in Oxford. At around 8.30pm on Tuesday 25 November, the victim, a man in his fifties, was walking his dog, a Schnauzer, along the footpath outside The Gatehouse on Woodstock Road, Oxford. The offender was walking his dog on a lead when it attacked the victim’s dog. The victim tried to separate the dogs in which his iPad was dropped on the floor and then stolen by the same offender. The victim sustained injuries but did not require hospital treatment. The victim’s dog sustained injuries and required veterinary treatment but has since been discharged. The offender is described as a white man, 5ft 5ins tall of medium build with blonde balding hair and an untidy beard. He was wearing a light-coloured coat.
